What is Cantidad about?
A specialist commercial consultancy, regulated by RICS and accredited to ISO 9001:2015, supporting clients across highways, transport, construction, and infrastructure. We specialise in managing commercial risk in complex environments where frameworks, live contracts, and change are constant.
Why choose us?
From medium- and long-term framework agreements to bespoke project-specific contracts, each arrangement introduces unique commercial and operational challenges, with substantial risk exposure if not managed strategically and effectively.
Navigating the full contract lifecycle, from procurement through to final close-out, requires informed oversight. Independent advice provides an objective perspective that enhances decision-making, mitigates risk, and supports the successful delivery of contractual objectives.
Contractual challenges rarely arise at convenient times. Whether due to resource constraints, competing priorities, or a lack of specialist expertise, organisations can find themselves facing issues that must be resolved before meaningful progress can be made. Access to independent advice can bridge that gap and help unlock the path forward.
What we do?
By addressing contractual challenges proactively and efficiently, organisations can maintain project momentum, strengthen stakeholder confidence, protect and enhance commercial value, and ensure strategic objectives are achieved throughout the contract lifecycle.
How do we work?
Our approach is founded on three core principles: Listen, Investigate, and Advise. We begin by listening carefully to our clients, taking the time to understand their objectives, challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes. We then undertake a thorough investigation of the issues at hand through detailed document reviews, contractual analysis, project records, and stakeholder interviews, enabling us to develop a comprehensive understanding of the facts and circumstances. Drawing upon our experience and expertise, we then provide clear, independent, and commercially focused advice, helping clients navigate complexity, manage risk, make informed decisions, and achieve successful outcomes throughout the contract lifecycle.
